Office Angels Staines is currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator for an on-going temporary position based in sunbury.

Your main duties;

  • You will support the Managers with Sales Administration
  • Managing all of the customer orders from start to finish from your chosen region whether UK or international customers
  • Sales order processing
  • Speaking to vendors to ensure products are in stock
  • Liaising with customers over the phone, any queries following their orders and product enquiries
  • Uploading shipping documentation onto the system
  • Mange email inbox
  • Working with finance to ensure accounts existing or new have the correct information

To be considered for this role;

  • You will need to have experience within a Customer Service position
  • Previous Sales order Processing experience
  • You will need to be competent using the Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Be able to prioritise your workload and work in a busy environment
  • Excellent communication skills
