Spring Technology are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading ICT Services Clients who are seeking a individual with Help Desktop Support experience to join their team
This role entails
*Day to day user issues
*Create new users
*To receive support calls via the main Help Desk telephone number and to achieve a high number of fixes at that first point of contact.
*To accurately log the details of each support call and actions taken onto the Help Desk call logging system.
*Work with the Access Management function as and when required, this involves Identity Management.
*To progress chase, monitor and escalate support calls logged to the relevant ICT group where the call is not immediately resolved at the Help Desk.
*To process all support calls within the agreed standards and responses operated by the Help Desk.
