JOB ROLE: Team Assistant / Team Secretary
JOB TYPE: Temporary
COMPANY: Insurance Company
DURATION: 6 - 12 Months ( Maternity Contract)
HOURS: 09:00 - 17:30
HOURLY RATE: £13.00 - £15.00 PLUS holiday pay
LOCATION: City of London
CULTURE: Very professional, friendly and hardworking.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
*Drafting reports, letters and emails along with the occasional dictation.
*Copy typing of meeting notes and working with detailed spread sheets.
*Drafting company invoices using excel.
*PA / Administration support to 5 consultants within a team of 3 secretaries
*Meet & Greet clients face to face.
*Dictation of emails, typing letters and diary management
*Filing documentation; Paper and electronic
*Answering the telephone in a polite and professional manner
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
* Must have an excellent typing speed limit 60/70wpm
*Excellent communication & organisation skills
*Strong inter-personal skills
*Must have a calm manner & professional attitude
*Ability to prioritize
*Good typing skills
*Good knowledge of PowerPoint
*Good knowledge of Outlook
*Excellent English written and spoken
*Good telephone manner
