I am looking for an Operations Assistant Manager with a minimum of 5 years customer service skills, to work in a small friendly social team.

I am looking for someone who is Pro/Active eager to learn, not afraid of taking the lead and using your own initiative.

Duties will include:

  • Being the first point of contact
  • scheduling training courses
  • manginaing the trainers
  • making sure all relevant documents are sent out
  • general administration duties
  • dealing with enquires and complaints

The person:

  • you must have excellent customer service skills
  • administrations skills both verbally and written
  • good attention to detail
  • pro-active
  • able to work well under pressure
  • target driven
