Job role: Administrator

Salary: £17,500 + Company Benefits (20 day AL + Bank Holiday, Pension, Free Parking, Private Medical)

Job Type: Permanent (one week temporary)

Hours of work: 40 between: 7:00 - 16:00 and 10:00 - 19:00 alternative shifts Mon - Fri

Location: Small Heath

Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Administrator, for a well established manufacturing client of ours; working in a small team of four you will be supporting the operational side of the business with day to day administrative duties. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a face paced, highly driven team where you will be an integral part of the business.

The key responsibilities of an Administrator will be but not limited to:

  • Provide first class Customer Service to clients
  • Managing orders
  • Purchasing, including supplying PO Number and chasing outstanding orders
  • Managing delivery notes
  • Support with contract Reviews
  • Transport Administration
  • General Administrative tasks

The successful Administrator will posses the following skills:

  • Highly organised
  • Confident IT skills
  • Be accurate have a excellent attention to detail
  • Work to tight deadlines
