Adecco are recruiting on behalf of an established business in Preston who have been manufacturing high end quality product for over 50 years
The Company already has well developed processes in place but is currently moving over to a more automated system. (BCARM). A key part of this role is to facilitate this health & safety process and to work with Production teams to help instil an effective safety culture.
The role covers all the usual aspects of safety management and safety training, e.g., RA'S COSHH, SSOW's, Induction training etc and there will be opportunity to develop within the role and in the larger Group.
You must be qualified in 5 years and looking to perhaps build on this or you may have prior experience. In either case support with individual training and development will be given.
Essential requirements are well developed IT skills using Microsoft Office and a NEBOSH Certificate/IOSH Tech membership or equivalent qualification. Prior experience of using computerised safety management systems is desirable but is not essential as training will be provided
