Role: Temp HR Administrator

Location: Halifax (not town centre)

Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am till 4pm

Salary: £8 - £9ph

Start date: ASAP

Our client based in Halifax is currently looking for a temporary HR Administrator to their busy HR team. The role is full time Monday to Friday and is based on the outskirts of Halifax.

Duties include

  • Support recruitment process, create induction packs, job advertisements
  • Referencing and criminal records checks
  • Maintain personal records on the CRM system
  • Printing forms and updating documents
  • Assisting with absence management
  • Respond to basic HR enquiries
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Attend meetings and participate in staff training

Experience Required

  • Previous HR experience is necessary (at any level)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a busy team
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to work confidentially

The location would suit applicants who live in Halifax, Bradford, Huddersfield and surrounding areas.
