Role: Temp HR Administrator
Location: Halifax (not town centre)
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am till 4pm
Salary: £8 - £9ph
Start date: ASAP
Our client based in Halifax is currently looking for a temporary HR Administrator to their busy HR team. The role is full time Monday to Friday and is based on the outskirts of Halifax.
- Support recruitment process, create induction packs, job advertisements
- Referencing and criminal records checks
- Maintain personal records on the CRM system
- Printing forms and updating documents
- Assisting with absence management
- Respond to basic HR enquiries
- Answer incoming calls
- Attend meetings and participate in staff training
- Previous HR experience is necessary (at any level)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a busy team
- Computer literate
- Ability to work confidentially
The location would suit applicants who live in Halifax, Bradford, Huddersfield and surrounding areas.
