Badenoch & Clark Housing team are proud to represent this leading Housing Association with 30,000 homes and are looking for exceptional candidates to take this organisation through their next phase.

About the role:

This role of Resident involvement Officer will sit within the wider Community Investment Team. This is an exciting time to join as they have recently set their agenda and you will be instrumental in growing with a new team

The successful candidate for this opportunity will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and experience:

* Actively engage and work with a diverse customer base who will represent the customer view in the improvement and development of services across the business promoting Diversity and inclusion
*Support and coordinate a panel of customers whose role is to scrutinise and help improve services
*Regularly meet with and support customers in neighbourhoods and estates to support and encourage participation in involvement projects and initiative
*Deliver and oversee initiatives that engage customers in making a difference in their neighbourhoods and services including Focus groups, door knocks, and mystery shopping
*Ensure customer views and subsequent recommendations from projects and initiatives that feedback to customers
