Customer Service Administrator

We are recruiting an Administrator for a leading employer in Ashford to assist during a busy time of year for them.

This role is starting on Monday 18th March for 4 weeks, possibly longer. After training on their system and learning about their business you will be fully prepared and ready to start your role where your duties will include:

  • Investigating customer queries
  • Responding to customers emails
  • Ensuring complete accuracy in all of your work
  • Using multiple IT systems
  • Providing fantastic service to all customers

To be considered for this role you must have good IT skills as you will need to learn multiple IT systems. You will also need a strong Customer Service focus and be passionate about helping people, providing the best service.
