We have a new exciting opportunity not to be missed! My client is currently looking for Customer Service Administrator to join their dynamic team. Are you an individual with a flare for customer service? Are you confident in providing customers with exceptional service?

As their customer service administrator, your duties will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Dealing with all customer queries
  • Resolving any customer queries
  • Plan and dispatch orders in a timely manner
  • Record and input data surrounding customer queries
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate individual
  • General administration duties
