Data Entry Administrator
My client, based in Gillingham, are seeking a strong Excel Administrator to join them on a temporary basis immediately. Much of this role will be to support the team with adhoc administrative tasks, all based on Excel. You will need strong Excel Skills up to pivot table level ideally to be successful in this role.
Your duties would include:
- Support the team with various administration duties
- Answer telephone calls, customer liaison and booking appointments
- Deal with incoming and outgoing emails
- Need to have good knowledge of MS Word, and Excel
- Carry out general office duties including faxing, scanning, photocopying
- Type Documents/ Letters
- Assist with preparation of documents
- Ensure all relevant data is up-dated on a timely basis
- Archive and destroy confidential documents
