Customer Service Representative - Inbound - Part Time
To work for our financial services client based in Blackpool (near M55).
Due to exciting changes we are looking for part time customer service staff to take inbound calls regarding financial products.
Full training provided 4-8 weeks so for first 4 weeks will be full time 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4.30pm on Friday with half hour unpaid break. Then you will go onto your allocated shift pattern which will change every 4 weeks. 5 days over 7.
i.e: Monday to Saturday start between 9am to 11am and finish between 2.30pm to 4.30pm = 27.5 hours per week
Evening shift: Monday to Sunday start between 5pm to 7pm and finish between 10pm to midnight - 25 hours per week
Credit check and criminal check will be undertaken before you start.
