Badenoch + Clark are proud to partner with One Housing Group to appoint a Chief Operating Officer to shape the future of the property directorate, the repairs & maintenance function and the overarching customer experience.

This is a substantial leadership, delivery and transformation role with both an internal and external focus. Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for contributing to the strategic management of the organisation. The COO will provide leadership and direction for the Operations Directorate, ensuring that One Housing Group delivers great services to its customers

One Housing Group is a g15 Housing Association with 16,000 homes across London and surrounding counties. As a member of the Executive Team, the COO will contribute to the development of organisational strategy and plans, sharing responsibility for their delivery. They will keep abreast of statutory, political, regulatory and economic trends in the broader environment, best practice in the sector, monitor competitor activity and interpret this information to inform strategic plans.

The COO will operate as a key contributor to the management of change, integration and improvement across the organisation working with colleagues to deliver seamless and consistent services for customers.

A self-aware and inspiring leader, you will be able to provide direction, deliver results and build organisational capability for the future. An excellent people manager, you will be a passionate advocate for change, able to manage budgets tightly and convert numbers to strategy and operations.

The successful candidate for this opportunity will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
*A track record of operating at an executive director level within large and complex organisations.
*Demonstrable success in delivering housing-related customer services and repairs.
*Strong financial acumen, able to effectively manage large budgets and possessing in depth knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks.
*Experience of managing large scale change programmes.
*Excellent inter personal skills coupled with intellect and gravitas to influence all Stakeholders.
*A strong communicator and influencer, with excellent people management skills, able to act as a passionate advocate for change.
