Customer Service Administrator
Role: Customer Care Administrator (Temp - Perm)
Start date: ASAP
Salary: £8.50 - £9.00 per hour while Temp and £19.5k when Permanent
Office Angels Leeds are proud to be working with a renowned business to find two Customer Service Administrators to join their team. This is an immediate start on a temporary contract with the opportunity to go permanent should you be successful and enjoy the role. If you love giving great customer service and enjoy a busy atmosphere, this role will be perfect for you.

- Ensure all calls received into the department are answered professionally and courteously, and issues logged appropriately.
- Provide administrative support for the Department, such as, handling and responding to all customer correspondence, collate paperwork, filing, etc.
- Coordinate schedule of work for the maintenance team.
- Previous experience within a customer service and administration.
- Ability to multitask, and work efficiently.
- Professional, assertive and pleasant manner.
- Excellent telephone skills.
