Group Director of Health, Care & Support
The Group Director of Health, Care and Support will lead the development and delivery of an ambitious five-year strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring One Housing Group deliver on their growth aspirations and establish outstanding quality services.
One Housing Group is a g15 Housing Association, with 16,000 homes across London and surrounding counties with plans to build 5,000 over the next ten years.
They are seeking an experienced and inspiring director to lead their Health, Care and Support services that care for over 9,000 people.
The Group Director will lead a diverse portfolio, supporting a broad range of customer groups, deploying nearly 1,200 care, support and facilities management staff, working with around 5,000 customers at any one time.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and experience:
*Experience of operating at the director level within a large and complex organisation with demonstrable success in delivering care and support services.
*A track record of identifying and managing risk associated with the delivery of care and support services.
*Strong financial acumen, able to effectively manage large budgets and possess in depth knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks.
*Experience of developing and delivering a significant growth strategy in CQC regulated services, particularly older people care.
