I am currently seeking a Customer Service and Marketing Coordinator to support my clients business activities.

Ideally they are looking for someone who is patient, reliable and organised with excellent communication skills. Problem-solving and thinking on your feet will be essential in this role. My client aims to engage effectively with all stakeholders via multiple marketing channels and strive to have excellent customer service standards.
This includes responding efficiently to all customer enquiries and requests to maintain customer satisfaction
or to support our business activities.

Ø Managing incoming calls and enquiries for marketing and customer service

Ø Managing customer service issues from start to completion

Ø Identifying and assessing customer's needs to achieve satisfaction

Ø Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas

Ø Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Ø Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Ø Assist with implementation of marketing campaigns (direct mail/email/advertising)

Ø Monitor & maintain data on CRM system

Ø Research & propose ideas for new lead generation opportunities

Ø Content creation, including written, video & graphics for company websites and social media channels

Ø Help to arrange promotional events

Ø General office administration


Ø Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Ø A high level of numeracy

Ø Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Ø Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Ø Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Ø Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively

Ø Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ø Ability to problem solve and use one's own initiative

Ø Excellent attention to detail

Ø Ability to work without supervision and to work as part of a team

Ø A basic technical knowledge or working in technical environment would be desirable

Ø Adobe creative suite experience (Desirable but can be taught as part of role)

Salary: £17,500 / £19,500
Hours: Full Time 40 hours per week
