Temp Administration & Customer Service roles - Altrincham
We are currently working with a fantastic company based in Altrincham who are looking for several temporary members of staff on an ongoing basis. The main duties of the role are as follows:
- General administration support
- Inputting customer details into the system
- Dealing with customer queries over the telephone
- Calling customers to confirm their appointments
- Responding to and following up on online queries
Candidates for this role must have some previous and/or administration experience. You will be have a confident telephone manner and excellent customer service experience.
