HR Business Partner
The ideal candidate will have:
Operated as a HR Business Partner before within a high growth business.
Strong experience in OD, restructures, talent, succession planning and M&A.
Experience of reporting into an MD and creating strategy.
Be very hands on and operational at the same time as being able to act strategically.
Strong commercial acumen with the energy and passion to deliver and work within a high growth business.
