I am working on a brand new role to join my client at their site in Sheffield. The Reports Analyst will be joining an analytical focused team who are looking to grow and invest and make exciting technical changes in this important business function.
The successful MI & Reports Developer will be responsible for maintaining BAU reports as well as working on the creation of new reports which could came from any area of the business - keeping the role varied and you busy! This is why this role is great for someone who is passionate about working with data sets and reporting tools.
Your reports will be visible by stakeholders both internal and external so you should be confident with great attention to detail.
You will also have some ad hoc responsibilities around management information and work closely with other IT teams to ensure the reports functionality is fully functional.
As mentioned this is an ideal role for someone who is experienced with SQL and looking to expand their exposure and experience with other tools such as SSRS. This is a progressive role in an environment where there are multiple opportunities to up-skill and develop your own skills.
To be considered for the role you should be able to demonstrate the following:
Strong SQL & VBA knowledge
Knowledge of SSRS is advantageous but training will be provided otherwise
Previous analytical experience
Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
