We have an opening for a temporary 12 week PA / Administrator to start as soon as possible. This is part of the pharmacy and optometry sector. Duties Include: Booking Travel and accommodationArranging meetings and creating schedulesMinute taking of meetingsManaging various diaries, dealing with queries via email and telephoneOther ad hoc administrative duties as and when requiredCompletion of expense claimsSubmitting manuscripts for publications, search and retrieve scientific papers using OubMed and other resourcesOperational support for divisional staff - arranging regular meetings along with travel, catering, booking rooms, creating agendas, minute taking and follow up actionsHR support for divisional staff - creating programmes for visitors, arranging Skype conference calls, acquaintance of staff lists for the purpose of email distribution listsAssisting with the recruiting of new staffAssist with inductions for new members of staff
