Technical Client Service Advisor

Opportunity to join a growing and exciting business as part of the Client Service team. The company deliver a compliance solution to professionals working in regulated industries. The Client Service team are expected to provide customer service excellence and 1st line technical support to a varied client base.

Role & Responsibilities

This is a dual role including aspects of both account management and technical support. Reporting to the Client Services Team Leader and Head of Operations, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer enquiries through different communication channels providing a knowledgeable and efficient service.
  • Ensuring customer expectations and requirements are identified, and successfully managed, throughout their subscription
  • Delivering successful onboarding training and supporting ongoing customer success
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Taking part in and managing projects

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will need to enjoy working independently as well as part of a team. To excel in this role, we would expect the candidate to:

  • Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate a winning attitude and passion for technology
  • Show strong problem solving and analytical abilities
  • Multi task and manage a high volume of enquiries simultaneously
  • Have a proven record of customer service and/or technical support
  • Experience in an SRA or FCA regulated environment is desirable.
