Our client a Family run business based in Staines are looking for an Admin Assistant
Duties will include:
Answering the office phones
Purchasing materials required on site
Inputting Invoices and Credit notes onto the Sage Construction Software system
Updating internal systems (Excel Spread sheets)
Other administrative tasks
Have common sense
Accurate and able to multitask.
Experienced using Software package = Sage (a bonus but not a necessity, as training on the software will be provided)
MS Products : Excel, Word, Outlook
Company Pension Scheme
22 Days Holidays
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
