Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1.To work with stakeholders at various levels of the organisation to understand existing business processes and associated resources required to complete the transaction.
2.To work in partnership with staff and suppliers to identify the fixed costs and support cost for information systems and processes.
3.To be responsible for managing project relating to business analysis and capture of transaction cost
4.To develop knowledge of specific business areas in order to get an understanding of the key processes.
5.To liaise with staff regarding hardware and infrastructure needed to support the systems and processes.
6.To create and maintain documentation for all the processes as part of the baseline costing work.
