I am currently recruiting for a fabulous Administrator to join my client, an ambitious and successful organisation based in Billingham. This is initially a temporary contract, but could go longer term/permanent for the right candidate!
This role is to start ASAP, so you MUST be available to start work IMMEDIATELY.
Working hours are; Mon-Thur 08:00-17:00 Fri 08:00 - 16:00. Pay rate for the temporary contract will be between £8.50 - £9, depending on experience.
You will be based in my client's fast paced head office! The successful candidate will, more than anything, be confident in assessing current administrative systems and making suggestions for any improvements within the admin function. You MUST have experience of providing administration support in a busy environment, be organised, hardworking and reliable!
General duties & Requirements;
- Must be fully conversant with Microsoft excel and word
- Must have administration experience
- Be able to identify and make suggestions for improvements with re-organisation of files, documents etc. if need be
- To assist with the collation and update of various excel workbooks and ensure the department is brought up to date and compliant with company procedures
- General admin support
- Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Closely liaising with other departments, suppliers and subcontractors
- Strong communicator - Verbal and written
- Excellent organisational skills
- Confident, friendly and a quick learner
- Hands-on approach
- Work well under pressure
