Badenoch & Clark have been engaged to source for 2 Commercial Finance Business Partners to join a leading Housing Association based in Surrey.
Positions are permanent and the Salary up to 50K + benefits

These positions will partner closely with the Property & Development Divisions and therefore exposure to the property industry would be an advantage.

Qualifications
*Qualified CIMA or equivalent
*Previous relevant experience supporting Facilities Management contracts

Responsibilities include:
*Interpret, analyse and explain business unit performance using a range of financial and non-financial tools and techniques
*Ensure reporting integrity is maintained and instruct adjustments to business unit management accounts
*Provision of effective commercial procedures, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered
*Able to propose, justify, initiate and implement operational and financial process change
*Work with stakeholders to provide financial support through projects and change including financial modelling and appraising risk and return
*Advise stakeholders on key budgetary and forecast assumptions, trade-offs and opportunities
*Provide industry, competitor and economic context to challenge and inform decision making
*Co-ordinate with stakeholders budget setting and forecast process including assumptions in line with given timetables from management accounts
*Work with budget holders to develop and create budget and performance drivers that are appropriate and aligned to departmental and corporate goals
*Regularly provide insightful performance, budget and forecast commentary, contributing to the Group consolidated position
*Provide budget and forecast information to contribute to the long-term financial forecast
*Apply continuous improvement tools and techniques to problem solve and deliver improvements to the reporting and analysis framework
*Work with stakeholders on monthly business management and performance and decision support
*Monitor, analyse and provide insightful commentary on monthly performance, and as required, by business stakeholders
Systems
*Strong IT skills with excellent working knowledge of ERP system e.g. SAP
*MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
