2nd Line Tech Support
- Imaging and upgrading PCs Laptop/Desktops from Windows 7 to Windows 10 using Acronis.
- Installation of different software and all the necessary applications on customer workstations
- Setting up of new computers, Laptops/Desktop for end users
- Use of the Active Directory tool and Microsoft Exchange Server (Admin center) integrated with Office 365
- Changes of extensions using NEC Aspire PBX
- Providing a local and remote support to engineers (Ireland, USA, UK, India, Singapore and China)
