We are seeking 1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst to join our client in Barnsley. As the 1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst to provide excellent customer services to internal customers locally and nationally. As part of the IT Helpdesk you will be maintaining the companies systems, software and infrastructure across over 50 locations.

As the 1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst you will possess the following skills and experiences:-
*Previous experience working in a IT environment as a 1st / 2nd Line Support function.
