Adecco are recruiting on behalf of a train operating company in the heart of Basingstoke.
As a headline, the main tasks of the role are dealing with Customer calls (rail enquiries of a diverse nature), answering Customer complaints in an empathetic and professional manner and dealing with delay and repay case escalations where the customer is entitled to compensation because of a delayed service.
The duties will include but are not limited to - Telephone Calls, Video Calls, Live Chat and Complaints Management. When recruiting for Basingstoke, we are generally looking for staff with good customer service experience as well as experience using Microsoft office. In short - tech savvy with good customer service qualities.
Please note call centre experience is not essential, the company will conduct fully paid training internally however you will need to have good customer service skills and demonstrate the competency of delivering good customer service over the telephone.
At times you may need to handle negative reactions from customers whilst actively promoting the company by maintaining a diplomatic, tactful and friendly response always - Could this be you?
