Customer Service Advisor
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
6 MONTH CONTRACT
A tier-1 Investment Bank is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join the Transfer Agency division based in Edinburgh to provide a high standard of customer service for existing and potential clients who contact via telephone, in writing or by electronic media.
The Transfer Agency team is responsible for providing the services and administration outlined in Client Service Level Agreements, within agreed parameters and applicable regulations and corporate policy.
Key Skills required for a Customer Service Assistant:
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience in customer services or equivalent
- High attention to detail
- Ability to adhere to tight deadlines
Responsibilities of a Customer Service Assistant:
- Handle queries within a confident and timely manner
- Liaise in a professional and friendly manner with other business areas in order to relay a satisfactory resolution to the client
- Maintain accurate data for all client enquiries
