JOB ROLE: Graduate* PA
JOB TYPE: Permanent
HOURS: 8:30am - 5:30pm
SALARY: £21,000 - £24,000k * Depending on experience
LOCATION: Heart of the City!

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
- General Administration duties - answering telephone calls, emails, filing, posting
- Arranging travel - booking flights, accommodation
- Diary management and secretarial support
- Coordinating and setting up meetings, conference calls
- Dealing with internal and external clients
- Front reception welcoming visitors and clients
- Ad hoc administration duties
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Educated to a degree level or equivalent*
- Experience in Administration/reception duties desirable
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Professional, hard working, ability to prioritise
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask
- Well presented and professional
- Proactive, friendly, great communication skills
