Role: Sales Support Administrator
Salary: £16,000 per annum plus Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm

- Support the Telesales advisors
- Build close working relationships in retail accounts
- Order processing in a timely but accurate manner
- Answer incoming sales and admin calls
- Point of contact for all customers enquires via telephone and email
- Build, update and maintain data on Customer Relations Management System on a daily basis. Input all relevant information on individual accounts
- Ensuring that all information is relevant and accurate when inputting into system
- Work towards tight timescales
- Using of spread sheets to record data
- Generate, and follow up all stock outs
- Ad hoc admin duties
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent numeric skills and a keen eye for detail
- You will need to be proactive and demonstrate a "can do" attitude
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages - especially Excel
- Sage 200 experience is desirable
