Our client, a fantastic business based in Grays is currently seeking a Marketing Admin Assistant to join their team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain experience within an in-house marketing department, in a role that will cover all aspects of marketing administration in addition to some general marketing duties, including but not exclusive to the following:

  • Assisting with keeping within the marketing budgets, including recording invoices and expenses
  • Arranging and organising events - helping to arrange all aspects of events from hotel bookings to ordering goods. This will also include event attendance when required
  • Ordering of exhibition stands, branded merchandise, marketing literature and other goods
  • Updating and managing the Marketing Departments calendar/diary
  • Updating and improving administration systems and processes, including databases and the marketing photo library
  • Supporting the whole marketing department with administration, including filing, organising the office and other ad-hoc duties
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations, slide-shows and other documents
  • Assisting with some more advanced day-to-day marketing activities, including digital content creation, CMS management, PR campaigns, scheduling pre-planned social media posts, and sending newsletters via MailChimp
  • Supporting and helping to develop photography procedures. This may include independent travel to various projects to take photographs depending on skill level
  • Management of marketing storage area in warehouse which houses all marketing collateral, exhibition items, stationary, brochures etc. Ensuring the space is kept tidy and organised this will include updating inventory of all items and print
