Customer Service/Call Centre
Our well established client is looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their busy call centre team.
The hours are full time, 37.5hrs per week, On a rotating shift system.
Core opening hours are: Monday to Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am-4pm
An element of flexibility will be required around these hours.
Your main duties to include:
* Handling customer enquiries via incoming and outgoing telephone calls, email, and fax
* Booking service visits
* Identifying and ordering spare parts/ accessories.
* Taking ownership of customer queries - following through to completion.
* Providing self help advice
* Cross selling where applicable
You will have the below skills/experience:
* Come from a customer service background
* Possess strong communication skills - both verbally and written
* Be confident, and able to use own initiative
* Have a good attention to detail
* Be highly customer focused
* Be computer literate
* Be flexible
* Have a positive attitude
