Environmental Reporting Analyst
Part Time - Maternity Cover (up to 12 months)

We are currently recruiting for a part time Environmental reporting analyst to work with one of our very well established, reputable clients in the heart of Stockport. This opportunity has arisen with a client who is seeking an individual on a fixed term contract to ensure period, quarterly and annual environmental performance reports are accurate and distributed in a timely manner, to support the Head of Commercial Finance in projects involving utilities, fuel and waste suppliers and environmental reporting, to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to eradicate individual utility and fuel supply exceptions and to improve environmental data collection and data management.

Duties will include -
-To provide annual consolidated environmental information to external auditors for statutory and non-statutory annual reporting.
-To develop internal processes and working practices to improve the quality of environmental data and reports.
-To work with depots, finance staff and external suppliers to manage and reduce individual exceptions in environmental reporting data.
-To provide SSC finance staff with environmental data, including biofuel and conversion factor information, and assist staff in accurately using information for their own reporting requirements.
-To perform regular period analysis and reporting of environmental KPIs for the UK Bus division.
-To provide consolidated environmental performance reports detailing Carbon Dioxide and other relevant environmental measures for quarterly Health and Safety Executive meetings.
-To post journals as necessary to ensure fuel costs and environmental KPIs are based on the latest and most accurate data.

Candidates Must -
-Have experience of producing accurate & timely accounts within a busy & fast moving environment
-Have the ability to establish a strong working relationship with all stakeholders
-Posses good Systems and IT skills
- Have the ability to work under pressure, to deadlines and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail

Hours - 22.2 hours/3 days per week between Monday to Friday
Salary- £34,939 pro rata, per annum
