We are currently recruiting for a part time HR administrator to work with one of our reputable clients in Cheadle. This opportunity has arisen with a client who is looking for an experienced individual who will report directly to the managing director and work with the management team to coordinate the HR activities of the company. We are looking for an individual to carry out their main duties but to also be there for support on other tasks that sit outside of the current role from time to time to support the activities of the business. This would be a 16 hour week contract.
Duties will include -
-Organise new starter offer letters, contracts of employment and starter packs.
-Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.
-Conducting DBS checks new and existing employees as required.
-Collate and input all relevant information relating to payroll on a monthly basis including overtime, TOIL etc.
-Maintain employee records on HR database.
-Prepare all relevant employee letters and update all relevant systems
-Coordinate leavers from the business.
Candidates Must -
-Have experience of working in a HR environment.
-Have strong administration skills with the ability to work accurately
-Have familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and experience of using a suite of different systems and databases.
-Have excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-Have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Hours - 16 hours a week. 2 days a week (flexibility on hours)
Salary- Between £18,000- £25,000 pro rata (Salary dependant on experience)
