We are currently recruiting for an experienced administrator to work with one of our reputable clients in Cheadle. This opportunity has arisen with a client are a leading provider within their industry. You would be joining a friendly, busy team and would be responsible for answering calls and looking after visitors on arrival and providing the Sales Agents with relevant information.
Duties will include -
-Entering sales orders and invoicing customers
-Checking customer's accounts are within their terms
-Booking in deliveries/collections with customers for the orders
-Creating and organising manifests
-Requesting/organising spare requests and posting out
-Providing customers with product information and dealing with any queries.
-Other adhoc general office tasks.
Candidates Must -
-Have Excellent communication and team working skills
-Have good organisational skills, be able to prioritise work and manage time effectively
-Have good problem solving skills, able to work on own initiative as well as within the team
-Confident PC user and competent in all Microsoft office applications
Hours- Monday-Friday - 8.00AM - 5.30PM
Salary- Between £16,000- £18,000 (Salary dependant on experience)
