Inbound Call Operator
Candidates must be very flexible and able to work shifts across days/evenings/nights/weekends!
This role will be taking calls within the care sector, therefore all calls must be dealt in a patient, sympathetic and understanding manner.
Skills and experience required:
- Work well under pressure
- Be a good problem solver
- Able to work as part of a team
- Good IT skills are essential
- Worked in a call centre environment or customer service role
The ideal candidate will be very flexible and able to work across a shift pattern of days, afternoons and evenings.
