Client Service Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Client Service Administrator to work with one of our very reputable clients based in Stockport. This rare opportunity has arisen with a key client that is a leading provider within their industry. You would be joining a friendly busy team and would be responsible for processing and monitoring new investments and pensions applications using a variety of third party provider platforms. This is on a 12M Fixed Term Contract.

Duties will include -
-Issuing and chasing client letters of Authority to providers and collating the information when received.
-Providing valuations of a client's portfolio, obtaining data from a variety of providers.
-Managing your own individual workload using personal diary system on client management to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
-Adhering to and monitoring the client service cycle to ensure faultless delivery of our agreement to our clients.
-Any other adhoc administrative duties.


Candidates Must -
-Have experience working for an IFA practice and experience in using 3rd party platforms.
-Have good IT and communication skills.
-Excellent telephone manner.
-Have strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt and successfully multitask.
-Have excellent interpersonal skills and be self motivated.

Hours- Monday-Friday - 8.00AM - 5.30PM (40 hours per week)
Salary- Between £18,000 - £20,000 (Salary dependant on experience)
