About the Role
As an Application Support Analyst you will support all software related issues within the Critical National Infrastructure area.
- You will be working in the CNI (Critical National Infrastructure) helpdesk arena taking calls and managing an inbox to support & remediate all software related issues
- The Applications are C# & C++ based and therefore a background as a Developer and/or Programmer in these languages is ideal
- The successful candidate will be on call 1 day in 3, if you are call in there is likely to be minimal site attendance and you can log in remotely
- Ideally 3-5 years of C# and C++ programming experience
- Confident communicator
