Inbound Customer Service Advisor - TEMPORARY
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
£7.83ph - Weekly Pay
Are you passionate about customer service? Would you like to work Monday - Friday and have the weekends to yourself? Are you available for an IMMEDIATE start date? Our client is based on the outskirts of Newcastle. They require support within their Customer Service Advisor department on a long term TEMPORARY basis.
Details of this role are as follows:
- Supporting customers with their financial claim
- Updating an in house system
- Rectifying any issues on the system
- Answering all queries
