Duties will include:

  • Responding to customer queries on social media platforms, email and phone.
  • Replying to customer disputes
  • Working closely with other departments
  • Liaising daily with the warehouse team to ensure order issues are resolved
  • Giving feedback to your manager on customer trends and reoccurring issues to drive improvements
  • Proactively manage and engage with the social media community in the UK and other countries
  • Managing all translation

The ideal candidate:

  • Fluent in English, German and or Dutch (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Social Media Experience
  • University degree desirable
  • An interest in the sports industry
  • Excellent IT skills

Monday- Friday (8am-4:30 or 11:30am-8pm) Occasional weekends

£22k-£25k
