A Digital Reprographic Operator, with knowledge of high volume printing previous experience in a reprographics environment and knowledge of software such as Adobe and Fiery.

Candidate Responsibilities:

 Process, print, photocopy and finish requests within given deadlines

 Operate Xerox colour, black and white kit, and HP large format printing

 Finish documents using GBC punch, wiro, laminating and guillotine

 Knowledge of Fiery software and Command workstation

 Review all printing requests, assessing and quality checking the work

 Adhere to health and safety rules keeping equipment and the work environment clean and tidy

 Ensure quality consistency, productivity and delivery levels are met

 Minimise waste and ensure best use of all resources

 Maintain a high standard of direct communication with staff, clients and suppliers

Candidate Requirements:

 High level of digital print and software experience

 IT Skills including knowledge of Adobe Packages & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

 A customer-focused approach, exhibiting a pro-active and confident attitude

 Good time management skills and a flexible approach to working hours

 Able to work on their own confidently

 Excellent communication skills
