Marketing Campaign Manager
£55,000 - £65,000
We require an accomplished Marketing campaign manager in this career-defining role.
You will be responsible for delivering a major, new project which will have impact across the UK & Ireland. You will be planning and executing first-class candidate acquisition, engagement and retention strategies across multiple channels and managing agency and client relationships.
You will be a well-regarded marketer with strong drive to succeed and be adaptable in a culture of change. To succeed you will have demonstrable experience of developing data driven customer insights and translating these to Marketing campaigns which drive customer engagement and demand.
*Meticulous planning of Marketing campaigns, working with the wider marketing and account management teams.
*Research, create and deliver a promotional calendar with annual and seasonal campaigns with forecasted performance across the group.
*Support sales teams with best in class sales enablement materials.
*Be a constantly customer-centric thinker and researcher.
*Ownership of project budget against your target audience; constantly striving for improving productivity and efficiency.
*Create customer insights, market research and customer feedback sessions and be the champion for the voice of the customer internally.
*Create clear segmentation to ensure focus on key audiences.
*Work with Head of Customer Marketing to define and measure key metrics to demonstrate Marketing successes, with regular reporting to stakeholders. Track Marketing against plan, ensuring regular and accurate reporting, and take pro-active and corrective action as necessary; flag problems before they become problems.
*Be a credible and reliable source of Marketing experience, partnering with key leaders and ensuring the business understands the value of great marketing.
*Foster a winning culture throughout the business by working collaboratively with the team and other stakeholders.
*Create, document and share best practices.
*Champion client requirements to ensure good governance across entire project.
*Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Experience and skills
*A proven Marketer, with experience in driving customer engagement and demand. Able to demonstrate a breadth of Marketing experience gained and executed. Ideally, B2C experience.
*Analytical thinker who is excited by insight-driven Marketing with excellent reporting skills and a love of data.
*Ability to drive operational excellence whilst focusing on the strategic agenda.
*Ability to clearly communicate complexity in a way that ensures all stakeholders understand and engage.
*Collaboration is key and the successful candidate will work closely, advise and steer the entire business.
*Hands-on experience with marketing technologies including marketing automation, Workfront and Slack.
*Experience of managing large budgets and demonstrable evidence of delivery against these.
*Highly results-oriented and tenacious; able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment and able to stay resilient.
