Customer Service & Mkt Assist
Ideally they are looking for someone who is patient, reliable and organised with excellent communication skills. Problem-solving and thinking on your feet will be essential in this role. My client aims to engage effectively with all stakeholders via multiple marketing channels and strive to have excellent customer service standards.
This includes responding efficiently to all customer enquiries and requests to maintain customer satisfaction
or to support our business activities.
Ø Managing incoming calls and enquiries for marketing and customer serviceØ Managing customer service issues from start to completionØ Identifying and assessing customer's needs to achieve satisfactionØ Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotasØ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.Ø Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsØ Assist with implementation of marketing campaigns (direct mail/email/advertising)Ø Monitor & maintain data on CRM systemØ Research & propose ideas for new lead generation opportunitiesØ Content creation, including written, video & graphics for company websites and social media channelsØ Help to arrange promotional eventsØ General office administrationRequirements:Ø Excel, PowerPoint, and WordØ A high level of numeracyØ Strong phone contact handling skills and active listeningØ Familiarity with CRM systems and practicesØ Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charactersØ Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectivelyØ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenØ Ability to problem solve and use one's own initiativeØ Excellent attention to detailØ Ability to work without supervision and to work as part of a teamØ A basic technical knowledge or working in technical environment would be desirableØ Adobe creative suite experience (Desirable but can be taught as part of role) Salary: £17,500 / £19,500
Hours: Full Time 40 hours per week
