M&A Compensation & Benefits Manager
The role is a newly created opportunity which is seeking a candidate to provide Reward & Benefits expertise and support in the context of due diligence, post-acquisition, integration and divestment activities.
The role responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
*Leading the due diligence activities by reviewing the Compensation & Benefits of the target company and reporting risk, financials and people impact to stakeholders.
*Collaborating with the wider compensation team and survey providers to find the most appropriate salary and benefits benchmarks.
*Partnering with the HR Partner and Reward Partner to review the organisational structure of the target company and lead the activities to align to the business job profiles
*Conducting the required job evaluations according to the Hay methodology, mapping roles to existing job profiles or creating new ones.
*Developing the role mapping strategy to ensure that roles are benchmarked against the most relevant salary and benefits surveys in a consistent manner.
*Developing a competitive Reward & Benefits strategy post-acquisition and in readiness for integration, taking into account the local and business context.
*Developing and implementing an automated employment contract issuing process, working with existing outsourced provider and/or Workday team.
To be successful in this opportunity, you will have;
*A track record of operating and executing reward and benefits plans effectively. Experience of working in an international compensation/reward team, ideally in a matrix environment.
*Extensive knowledge of reward market intelligence providers and surveys.
*Extensive experience of designing and managing salary structures.
*Previous experience of M&A work an asset.
