Badenoch & Clark Housing & Third Sector recruitment team have been engaged to find a driven and committed leader to join a reputable Registered Charity based in Surrey.
This role will consist of operating as a key part of the Care & Support management team. Working across the Supported Living & Registered Care services you will drive business improvement and development across our customer offering and the organisation as a whole.
Key duties for the role will include:
*Leading on departmental and organisational projects developing and implementing service improvements across Care and Support Services
*Working with the Director of Care and Support co-ordinate and manage the development and submission of bids to local authorities, CCGs and other funders for the provision of social care and independent living services
*Managing and developing the quality system for social care reviewing performance data and reports from our external independent CQC auditors
*Ensure that all care and support staff are trained in all areas of mandatory care and support training as determined by our regulator
*Oversee and manage the customer engagement function ensuring tenants and customers are involved and engaged in the development of services
The successful candidate for this opportunity will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and experience:
*Thorough knowledge of Local Authority Care & Support commissioning and Procurement processes
*Experience of costing and negotiating Care and Support Service Fee's
*Working knowledge of quality management
