My client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who can hit the ground running with real energy and passion. It is a really exciting time to join this business as they embark on a high period of growth. You will therefore have worked in a similar fast paced, high pressured environment to be able to work with the MD of this business to help set their People strategy and help them to achieve their ambitious growth plans.

The ideal candidate will have:
Operated as a HR Business Partner before within a high growth business.
Strong experience in OD, restructures, talent, succession planning and M&A.
Experience of reporting into an MD and creating strategy.
Be very hands on and operational at the same time as being able to act strategically.
Strong commercial acumen with the energy and passion to deliver and work within a high growth business.
