Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams on targeted marketing campaigns, recording and tracking success of marketing and sales initiatives / incentives.
Create awareness of the brand and product offerings, communicate information and gain insight into customers.
Make on average 40 outbound calls per day to generate interest and commitment from potential or existing customers.
Identify initiatives and maximise exposure for the company brand recommending courses of action, potential leads and follow up meetings for the Brand Specialist team.
Use company script guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to conduct campaign calls and follow up email communications. Provide feedback and input to the development of scripts.
Manage the customer database to a high degree of accuracy, maintain records of all customer contact interactions, record details including the actions taken.
Take inbound customer calls to assist customers with their queries, which includes; checking amending and placing orders, delivery queries, stock checks and product and installation information.
Handle customer enquiries received daily through the Live Chat communication option on the website.
Complete tasks effectively and in a timely manner that are received daily on C4C from both the Brand Specialist team and the Specification team.
Check customer orders and input orders with a high degree of attention to detail as and when required.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the product range and services and the objectives of specific campaigns.
Act as a representative of the Company and represent their interests at all times.
To attend internal and external meetings as and when required.
To carry out such other tasks as may be reasonably required.
Adherence to International standard requirements in relation to Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental (including energy).
