Temporary Accounts Administrator
Office Angels are recruiting for a temporary Accounts Assistant on an ongoing basis for client based in the South Side of Glasgow. This is a full time role with an immediate start.
- Assisting with financial planning for current and future activities
- Responsible for accurate financial records including Inland Revenue returns, payroll, budgets etc.
- Ensuring that all records comply with all regulatory and audit requirements
- Producing reports on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
- Assisting with financial information required for annual reports
- Working with colleagues closely to ensure access to required financial information for internal and external purposes
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong numerical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
