Adecco Stevenage are currently recruiting for a temporary Bookkeeper/Administrator, to work on a temp-perm basis for a fantastic organisation in Stevenage.

This will be a varied position covering all areas of Bookkeeping/Administration on a day to day basis. Please find below a brief list of duties:

  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers and sub-contractors.
  • Responding to and dealing with customer and internal communication by e-mail and telephone.
  • Manage day-to-day book-keeping including sending and receiving invoices.
  • Make payments as directed/authorised by the management.
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is maintained correctly and available on request.
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment; including maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
